Changes must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
You must inform by email to tienda@gatostore.com the reason for the change or return before the deadline.
Changes of articles acquired in other stores will not be accepted. Only items purchased at any of our points of sale will be exchanged: Palermo (Armenia 1578), Recoleta (Santa Fe Avenue 1609), San Nicolás (Galerías Pacífico, 1st floor, G310), our online store (gatostore.com) or the official store of Gato Store in Mercado Libre.

The products must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging and must not have traces of having been used.
In the cases that corresponded, they must have attached the fiscal stamp.

Our guarantee includes the change of the product as long as it is considered a failure of origin, has not been hit or presents any fault attributable to misuse after the purchase.

Any cost associated with a change, unrelated to failures of origin of the product, is borne by the buyer.

Products with failures of origin
They are considered those that have a problem in their operation, scratches or cracks and that do not show signs of having been used. Those normal and expected differences in the coloration of the products are not considered as origin failures.

The notification of the failure should be made by mail to tienda@gatostore.com, preferably with photos.
The cost of shipping the new product will be the responsibility of Gato Store S.A.

Wrong product
If the received product does not correspond with the requested in the order, the correct product will be sent in the shortest possible time.

GATO STORE S.A. will not be responsible for the cost of transfers after the first return, or transfer costs generated by the impossibility of delivery of the products for reasons of absence of the customer at the delivery address, not withdrawal of the branch in time and form, or other issues attributable to the client.

Violated or open package
If a package arrives to you VIOLENTED OR OPEN, DO NOT RECEIVE IT. This implies a defect in the delivery service, since each order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition and packed properly.

Do everything possible to verify the order before signing the agreement with the mail company.
If you do not accept an order for this reason, contact us via email, so we can offer you the solution to the problem. We will send you via mail an authorization for the change or return that you must attach to the package.

Missing product
If the stock of the product that we must send has been exhausted, and if you do not wish to exchange it for any other product of equal value, we will proceed to return the money.

IMPORTANT!
In the case that GATO STORE S.A. understand that the returned product does not fit in the previously mentioned criteria, the company has the right not to accept the return or make the change. Gato Store S.A. You can, then, forward the product to the client, without prior consultation, with the respective reason for rejection.
